When I was growing up, I was always the thinnest person around. When I was in elementary school, I was always that one boy whose knees are the thickest part of his legs. And all the way through high school and for most of my college days I stayed that way, thin as a supermodel even though I was never leading too healthy a lifestyle. And then, all of a sudden, I started getting fatter and fatter. I stopped most of my activities when I got a job and I started eating more and more junk food. On top of all that, my metabolism just seemed to shut down on me, as if someone turned it off with a press of a button. In three years, I put on more than 45 pounds. And then I decided to change it all. I approached the people from All Star Running and they came up with a program for me. They modified my diet and they came up with an exercise regimen. At first it was really difficult to stick with the whole program, but in two weeks I started seeing results and I decided to put myself entirely into it. It has now been two years and I am once again my old self. I am healthier than ever and I am happier than ever.

Two years ago, I became the happiest woman in the world. I gave birth to my first child, little Eric and I was truly over the moon. And for the first few months, I was so preoccupied with Eric that I did not notice how much weight I put on during my pregnancy. And the weight seemed to be stuck on me. Nothing I did seemed to matter, not even how much I eat and how much I exercise. And all my efforts only made me feel worse, more stressed and antsy. That is when I decided to check what the people from All Star Running have to offer and I was instantly put in contact with one of their fitness instructors. Together with her and with the nutritionist that All Star Running also employs, I myself designed a program that I could stick with, a program that was much more comprehensive and intricate than anything I had done before. And it worked like a charm. I lost almost all of the weight I put on during pregnancy and I never felt healthier before. It was a true miracle.

After I was involved in a car accident, it took me more than a year to fully recover. It was a really bad one. And as I started living my old life once again, I discovered that I was in the worst shape of my life. I could not walk a flight of stairs before getting winded and I put on at least 30 pounds during my recovery. Luckily, I had people from All Star Running work out a program for me that not only helped me get rid of all the excess weight, but that also gave me my strength back.
